Wit the Lab Assignment 1, you watch two different videos with a client and the counselor talking. The counselor is distracted in one video and the other is a good session. You have to write about the distractions and what’s good in the session. For Lab Assignment 2, I recorded videos on attending skills and how the client is presenting and how they appear. The Lab Reflection you answer 8 different questions to assess your natural style so you can evaluate your strengths and things to work on related to your own attending skills.
