The out of pocket fees are:- 50 minute Session: $150
- 60-80 minute Initial Intake Session: $180
- Initial 20 minute Consultation Call: FREE

- In most cases, HSA or FSA funds may be used for counseling.
Telehealth
Do you offer telehealth/telemedicine/remote/virtual therapy?
Yes. We use a HIPPA compliant system, Simple Practice, which is a secure platform to conduct virtual telehealth sessions. We will walk you through the process and help you get completely set up and ready for each session. We also offer just audio therapy with no video necessary.Do I need access to zoom or a computer to have my sessions?
We will be conducting your session through a secure platform, Simple Practice. It is a free platform for you and can be accessed through a computer or cell phone as long as you have a wifi or cell phone connection.What is Simple Practice?
Simple Practice is the HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system that is used for scheduling, paperwork, secure messaging, billing and payments, and telehealth platform. It’s convenient and keeps all of your information in one secure place.

If you miss your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged according to the fee schedule set out in the policies provided to you at intake. If you miss more than 2 appointments without notification we will have to discuss discharge.What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including counseling services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including counseling services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
